Ingredients:
Aqua (water), cetearyl alcohol, peg-20 stearate, methyl salicylate, prunus amygdalus dulcuis (sweet almon) oil, Rotorua mud, camphor, triethanolamine, phenoxyethanol, ethylhexylglycerin, juniper (juniperus communis) fruit oil, lemongrass (cymbopogon shoenanthus) oil, chamomile (anthemis nobilis) flower oil.

Directions:
Gently massage the affected area 3-4 times daily or as often as required. DO NOT use on the face, and make sure the heat rub does not come in contact with the eyes and mouth. Be sure to wash your hands thoroughly after each application.
